Event Services Terms
Welcome to DJ ECHARRY’s Event Services Terms.
These terms and conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and obligations related to booking DJ ECHARRY for live event services.
By booking DJ ECHARRY, submitting a deposit, or completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated on this page.
Booking & Payment Terms:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule prior to or on the day of the event, unless otherwise specified in writing. Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in cancellation of services without refund of any prior payments.
Event Setup Requirements:
The Client agrees to provide adequate and safe performance space, a stable and reliable electrical power source, protection from rain or unsafe weather conditions for outdoor events, and reasonable access for setup and breakdown. DJ ECHARRY reserves the right to refuse to perform if the environment is deemed unsafe. DJ ECHARRY is not responsible for interruptions caused by power failures, venue restrictions, or technical limitations outside of his control.
Performance Duration & Overtime
Services will begin and end at the agreed contracted time. If the Client requests additional performance time, it must be approved by DJ ECHARRY and may be subject to an overtime fee billed at the standard hourly rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Guest Conduct & Safety:
The Client is responsible for ensuring that guests and venue staff maintain a safe and respectful environment. DJ ECHARRY reserves the right to pause or terminate services if guests become aggressive or violent, equipment is threatened or mishandled, or the working environment becomes unsafe. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Beverage & Equipment Protection:
To protect professional sound and lighting equipment, no drinks, liquids, or open containers are permitted on or near the DJ booth, speakers, lighting equipment, stands, or electrical connections. The Client agrees to ensure that guests and venue staff respect this rule at all times.
Equipment Damage & Financial Responsibility:
The Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss of DJ equipment caused by guests, venue staff, intoxicated individuals, or third parties during the event. This includes liquid spills, physical impact, equipment being knocked over, cable tampering, or electrical misuse. Any repair or replacement costs will be billed to the Client.
Media & Promotional Use:
DJ ECHARRY may capture short video clips or images of the DJ setup and general event atmosphere for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. No personal or sensitive moments will be intentionally recorded.
Cancellation Policy:
If the Client cancels the event, the deposit remains non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date may require additional payment depending on circumstances.
Force Majeure:
DJ ECHARRY shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, emergencies, or venue-related issues.
Limitation of Liability:
DJ ECHARRY’s total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the event.
Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
